In Honour of Singapore
With National Day just around the corner, various brands are taking the opportunity to pay tribute to Singapore.
Just last weekend, Casio released a limited edition watch (S$299) designed by SKL0. The homegrown pop artist, whose real name is Samantha Lo, aka Sticker Lady because she was previously prosecuted for spray painting public roads and pasting stickers on traffic light buttons.
Nespresso has also released a Singapore Selections five-sleeve pack (S$38.40) that includes pop-out coasters featuring Sir Stamford Raffles and the Merlion. Coffee lovers can also scan the QR codes found on the back of the sleeves to enjoy recipes for the five different blends - Caramelito, Ristretto, Kazaar, Master Origin Indonesia, and Barista Creations - included in the pack.
