Horological evolutions
Franck Muller collaborates with #FR2 once again, Breguet brings back its iconic Souscription watch for the brand’s 250th anniversary, and Bell & Ross introduces a new 36-mm-thin BR-05
Franck Muller and #FR2 Vanguard Beach Limited Edition
FOLLOWING their 2023 blockbuster collaboration, Franck Muller and #FR2 have released the #FR2NCK MULLER Vanguard Beach Limited Edition, perfectly timed for summer. This new timepiece blends #FR2’s playful Fxxking Rabbits motif with the sporty, vibrant design of Franck Muller’s Vanguard Beach collection – also from 2023.
But unlike the previous monochromatic release, this edition comes in three vivid summer hues: Heatwave Red, Surf Blue and Tropical Green.
Each of the 300 pieces per colourway features a tonneau-shaped case crafted from glass-fibre-composite and is water-resistant up to 30 metres. The matte white dial showcases hand-applied Super-Luminova rabbits in various poses, with the date window at 2 o’clock cleverly doubling as a blazing sun.
Powering the watch is Franck Muller’s self-winding MVT 2536-SCDT2H movement, which offers a 42-hour power reserve and fuss-free convenience. A nylon strap with a hook-and-loop closure, featuring bold text reminiscent of Japanese streetwear, completes the package.
Breguet Classique Souscription 2025
Breguet commemorates its 250th anniversary this year with the Classique Souscription 2025 wristwatch, a strategic reinterpretation of Abraham-Louis Breguet’s revolutionary 1795 pocket watch.
The original model pioneered a simplified architecture with a single-hand, white enamel dial and an innovative quarter-upfront payment sales method that enabled series production, democratising haute horlogerie.

The new 40 mm timepiece faithfully embodies this spirit, featuring a “grand feu” enamel dial with a flame-blued Breguet hand and a secret signature – initially introduced to fight counterfeits – engraved using an antique diamond-point pantograph.
Its case is cast in Breguet’s new 18K Breguet gold alloy, a blond precious metal designed for enhanced discolouration resistance.
Powering the watch is the new VS00 calibre, visible through a sapphire case back adorned with a “Quai de l’Horloge” guilloche pattern. This movement offers a 96-hour power reserve and a ratchet wheel engraved with Abraham-Louis Breguet’s original words explaining the design of the movement.

The watch is also presented in a special red Moroccan leather box that echoes historical cases.
Bell & Ross BR-05 36 MM
Bell & Ross has strategically unveiled its latest urban offering, the BR-05 36 MM, a sophisticated reinterpretation designed to broaden the collection’s appeal. This refined evolution specifically aims to make the established BR-05 line more versatile and accessible, particularly to female enthusiasts, although the watch is gender-neutral.
Shrinking the iconic BR-05 into a more compact 36 mm case with a significant 8.5 mm thinness presented a considerable design challenge, demanding a complete re-engineering of every component while preserving its distinctive personality.
The timepiece features lacquered sunray-finished dials in black, grey, ice blue, or mother-of-pearl, enhanced by refined hands and luminescent indexes for clear legibility. Its satin-polished steel case and integrated bracelet ensure remarkable comfort while faithfully maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic.
Powering this notably slim watch is a new automatic mechanical Calibre BR-CAL.329, which provides a reliable 54-hour power reserve.
