IF YOUR idea of sustainability in hotels is still limited to reusing your towels or replacing plastic straws with biodegradable ones, well, it goes a lot further than that.
What may not be so well-known is that Singapore hotels have been upping their game when it comes to energy conservation, food waste reduction and more, as they leverage technology, design and other infrastructural changes in their efforts to go green.
