Small bars and F&B operators embark on creative collaborations as a way to boost business and support each other.
IT'S been a trying time for independent bars as they attempt to ride out the pandemic by ramping up their food offerings, downsizing to smaller spaces, or relying on sympathetic landlords.
Of late, the more enterprising ones are finding new opportunities and purpose in creative collaborations with local food brands that don't just help prop up the bottom line, but build a tight-knit food and beverage (F&B) community that supports rather than competes with each other.
