IF you're the kind of person who doesn't know their Twitter from their Snapchat, it might be time to start brushing up your social media game. The final exhibition from K+ Gallery, curated by creative agency Kinetic Singapore and supported by Scotts Square, called K+ Instgrm Exhibition shows just how entrenched these platforms are in our everyday lives.

Pann Lim, creative director of Kinetic Singapore, says: "Instagram has a huge amount of interesting content from all sorts of people on it. It's become a big part of peoples' lives because it takes the tedium out of sharing photos. At the press of one button, you can instantly transport your followers to where you are, and let them see what you're seeing."

Among the 13 Instagram artists taking part is Mindy Tan (@mindyshoots), who takes mostly human-centric images. She agrees, stating that "the Instagram format speaks a visual language that's easy to share and easy to view".
