Joel Robuchon appoints two new head chefs in Singapore
French chef Joel Robuchon has appointed new head chefs for two restaurants in Singapore.
Kim Joinié-Maurin, 35, will lead the culinary team at Joël Robuchon Restaurant, while Vianney Massot, 26, will helm the kitchen at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. The two restaurants are located in Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).
Both chefs have trained internationally at Mr Robuchon's restaurants around the world. Mr Joinié-Maurin joined the Robuchon team in 2006, while Mr Massot joined in 2009.
Mr Robuchon, is in RWS for a week to personally cook for guests for dinner events, said that he has full confidence in the two in taking both restaurants to new and greater culinary heights.
"Both are among the best and most promising talents in my international team who are more than able to carry on the success and astound diners with our distinguished cuisine which many around the world have fallen in love with," he said.
