Keto Krunch
If carbs are still your enemy and you've totally eliminated rice and everything nice in order to keep to your keto diet regime, enter a new brand of snacks designed to help you along. BenBanter is owned by a Singapore-based entrepreneur Mark Myerson, who claims to have transformed his own health by following a low-carb lifestyle and believes that diet and disease are inextricably linked. The name BenBanter is inspired by an obese gent Will Banting, who lived in the 1800s and overcame his health issues by following a strict diet devised by his doctor. Banting later would write the world's first 'diet' book.
BenBanter's range of snacks is made with little or no sugar, carbohydrates and vegetable oils, while at the same time maintaining taste and convenience. The range is limited at the moment, featuring mainly power bars, healthy crackers, granola and for a bit of indulgence - chocolate mousse.
BenBanter is sold online at benbanter.com
