Le Noir's back, with thrills galore
Lee U-Wen
IMAGINE a pair of giant spinning wheels rotating high above the stage, with two men running inside and even on top of them like deranged hamsters. Without any safety harness, these Colombian acrobats jump, sprint and even skip rope as the wheels go faster and faster.
Without spoiling the surprise of the rest of this quite amazing Wheel of Death segment that is the grand finale of the circus spectacle Le Noir, let's just say it's likely to leave the audience squirming on the edge of their seats as they fear for the performers' lives.
See it for yourself since the show is back in Singapore at the Mastercard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), the same venue where it entertained more than 18,000 people for nearly a month last year.
