The Singapore-Malaysia platform for arts exchange, Causeway Exchange, enters its fifth year - and this year, brings in Malaysian acts into four venues in Singapore, in June. Meanwhile, the Singapore representation in Penang's George Town Festival, under the sophomore outing, Sin-Pen Colony, will put up a well-rounded showing in Penang in August, reports CHEAH UI-HOON
