THINK about all the things you expect of a premium car: a silent engine, ride quality worthy of Aladdin, seats that would have satisfied the princess from The Princess and the Pea, fine cabin materials, maybe a sound system for audiophiles (assuming you can get them to stop talking about hi-fi equipment long enough to actually listen to it), and so on.
The Mercedes-Benz A 180 Saloon actually has none of the above, although I suppose the seats are passable. It isn't a premium car, in other words, and is some way short of being one.
