CARMAKERS tend to use buzzwords like "sporty" or "dynamic" to describe their cars, ostensibly to conjure up an image of said cars being driven in a manner befitting an action movie. The reality is that most drivers use their cars for mundane things like commuting to work and driving their kids around.

Said buzzwords are also present in the press kit for the new Mercedes-Benz B-Class, but the brand has also wisely opted to emphasise the real nature of what a car like this is typically used for: as premium-branded family transport.
