Crystal Jade’s snow skin mooncakes are a contemporary take on flavours that hit close to home - Asian Flavours Petite Snow Skin Mooncake ($42 per box of four and $68 per box of eight). Each mini mooncake is brimming with homemade filling nestled within a pillowy snow skin that is pleasing to the bite. The Gula Melaka with Chinese Yam & Coconut features mild earthiness of Chinese yam enlivened by the rich caramelised notes of gula melaka and fragrant grated coconut. Cut into the mooncake to reveal a delicious molten centre. Back by popular demand is the Macau Peanut Candy with a welcome textural contrast of crunchy, sweet and nutty filling balanced with the smooth and soft snow skin.

Dessert lovers will find comfort in the familiar flavours of Black Glutinous Rice Pulut Hitam, a reimagined take on the traditional dessert, enriched with the creamy fragrance of coconut milk.
