    MIXED martial arts (MMA) entertainment company Rebel Fighting Championship (Rebel FC) has acquired Singapore-based Expo AV-InSync for S$10 million to bolster its in-house production capabilities.

    Rebel FC acquired the production and audio-visual equipment and systems supplier to strengthen its global brand and produce more of its own video content.
