Monday Meal Deals

Chase away the Monday blues with a special meal deal at Indigo Blue Kitchen which now opens its doors on the first day of the work week. The five-month-old Peranakan restaurant by the Les Amis group offers a one-for-one set lunch at $36 and 15 per cent off the menu's ala carte items and other set menus for a limited period from now until Nov 18. New dishes have also been added to the regular menu, including the classic babi pongteh made with Duroc pork ribs; udang masak nanas or large prawns cooked in a sweet-savoury broth with fresh pineapple; and an indulgent lobster gulai where chunks of Boston lobster are cooked in a rich turmeric and spice gravy. End off the meal with cubes of steamed glutinous rice topped with durian, kaya or inti (sweetened grated coconut).
