Mother's Day art for special needs children
Established artists run workshop for them organised by UOB.
MOTHER'S Day came early for some children from the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN) Katong School on Tuesday.
They learnt how to paint Mother's Day cards at an art workshop organised by United Overseas Bank (UOB).
The event was part of the bank's art programme, which organises regular activities for children who may not have an opportunity to be exposed to the arts.
