Mums are in for a special treat as The Platters, featuring former lead singer Sonny Turner, perform in Singapore for Mothers' Day.
The group is known for its evergreen ballads like I Love You 1000 Times, With This Ring and Washed Ashore. The audience can also expect to be treated to smash hits including Only You, The Great Pretender, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, The Magic Touch and Unchained Melody.
Turner is the only surviving member of the original Platters and was inducted into The Vocal Group Hall of Fame, The Doo Wop Hall of Fame and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010.
