From track to road
The Lexus GS F may be a high-performance sedan but it promises a smooth drive to and from any circuit.
FEW high-performance models can claim to be truly practical but the Lexus GS F is one of them. Never mind that the market has plenty of powerful mid-sized sports sedans with a spacious cabin and big boot that can be deployed on track day.
But not all of them will make that trip to the race track as smoothly or comfortably as the Lexus GS F. To say it is a breeze to drive is an understatement.
Its chief engineer designed it to be "a sports car that appeals to connoisseurs", yet it allows the novice driver to enjoy it too. To Yukihiko Yaguchi, the head of GS F development, "the F concept is for drivers of all skill levels, and incorporates three elements: sound, steering response and acceleration".
