Rotterdam Calling

One of the highlights of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is Noces (A Wedding) - writer-director Stephan Streker's slow-burning drama about a young Pakistani woman living in Belgium who stands up to her parents over her arranged marriage.
