WILLIAM Eng Wei Xiang, who has muscular dystrophy, explains it best: "Most people think that persons with muscular dystrophy are not able to do anything at all, but persons with muscular dystrophy are more than capable in contributing to society.

"Although we lack physical strength, we have aspirations and dream of going out to see the world. So, look at us like you would any other person, and not someone with disabilities."

On Monday, Eng and eight other members of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore), or MDAS, collaborated with 22 students from the School of the Arts (Sota) to create bright linoleum prints using designs created by the former.
