If you like your music adventurous, then don't miss Playfreely. The annual experimental music festival curated by The Observatory returns once again and has been themed The Transparency of Turbulence to mark the multi-genre artistes that will be playing individually and collaborating with each other. Tonight's performance will feature trio and quartet performances from everybody involved. This year's line-up includes Malaysian composer Yii Kah Hoe, local 'guzheng' player Natalie Alexandra Tse, Japanese multi-instrumentalist Keiji Haino, Korean singer Park Minhee (pictured) and more. And it wouldn't be Playfreely if The Observatory - now a trio comprising guitarist Dharma, electronics-synth artist Yuen Chee Wai and drummer Cheryl Ong - didn't complete this year's roster.

Playfreely - The Transparency of Turbulence takes place at 72-13 Mohamed Sultan Road on Nov 29 at 8pm (doors open from 7.30pm). Tickets at S$35 available from playfreely2019.peatix.com.
