Indie darlings

English electronic pop trio The XX returns to play its biggest show to date in Singapore next week.

Formed in 2005, the band rose from obscurity to win the prestigious Mercury Prize in 2010 with its self-produced titular debut album.

The XX most recently released its third record I See You, which finds the band expanding its minimalist sound and heading in a more playful musical direction.
