Leftfield electronic music wizard Jon Hopkins returns to Singapore to headline a show next week. The current tour comes on the back of his latest album Singularity, released last May.

The record is shaped by the English producer's experiences with meditation and trance states. It explores the dissonance between dystopian urbanity and nature; the beat flows seamlessly from techno to solo piano pieces, with stops in psychedelic ambient and choral music in between.
