New fine arts club for the C-suite
Eureka Griffin Club invites business leaders to indulge in the world of culture and collectibles
A NEW space has emerged for the C-suite eager to explore the world of art and antiques. Set up by investment management firm Eureka International Group, the Eureka Griffin Club is housed in a handsome Good Class Bungalow on Cluny Hill. Boasting a usable area of 8,500 square feet, the two-storey house sits on 22,000 square feet land not far from the Singapore Botanic Gardens.
The newly renovated, well-appointed club has private dining rooms, a cigar room, a whisky room, a jewellery room, a swimming pool and, of course, a large exhibition space. Li Yi Cheng, the club director who conceived the look of the space, says: “We wanted to create an environment where visitors can come and mingle comfortably with each other, surrounded by valuable museum-grade art and antiques. We have a roster of changing exhibitions as well as some permanent artworks on display, which are all meant to foster a deep appreciation for culture and aesthetics.”
Surrounded by greenery, the house exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere. The architecture incorporates large windows and open spaces to maximise natural light and ventilation, creating an airy ambience.
