No joke, the comedians are coming!
SINGAPORE is in for a good laugh when 38 well-known faces from the world of comedy are brought together for the first Magners Singapore International Comedy Festival next month.
Organised by Magic Rock, whose managing director Matt Bennett is the co-founder of Beerfest Asia, the festival will imitate the structure of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Festival-goers, who buy an all-access pass priced at $50 for one night, will be able to hop between 10 bars in Boat Quay to watch the comedians of their choice. Many of these comedians have also done shows at the world-famous comedy event.
