Obama to speak at Dec 14 charity gala in Singapore

FORMER US president Barack Obama will be in Singapore in December to grace a number of high-profile events, and one of those is a charity gala to help raise as much as S$5 million for four local charities.

The four beneficiaries are Dreams Institute (South Central Community Family Service Centre), SCWO (Singapore Council of Women's Organisations) Service Fund, Daughters of Tomorrow, and PPIS.
