Tokyo-based Danish floral artist Nicolai Bergmann has expanded beyond his stylish flower shops and popular cafés to launch Natur, a flagship store for his new high-end jewellery line, in the city's Aoyama district. Designed by Copenhagen-based studio OEO, the three-floor space features softly curved furnishings in muted hues, including bespoke slatted oak pedestals and shelves that exhibit abstract floral arrangements. The jewellery itself is displayed on individual porcelain stands against a backdrop of silk and washi paper textiles handcrafted by age-old Kyoto company Hosoo within custom-made ash cabinets. Anchored by a central spiral staircase, the store's lower level is where shoppers can try on pieces surrounded by Apaintings by Danish artist Peter Bonde. www.naturjewelry.co.jp
