Singapore's biggest pop culture convention - the Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) - is on this weekend with jaw dropping displays of cosplay pageantry, exhilarating eSports contests and appearances from iconic artists, including comic artist David Finch who has drawn for the likes of Marvel and DC Comics, as well as Leandro, who designed Voltron - Defender Of The Universe.
Harry Potter fans can visit a sprawling campus constructed entirely from LEGO bricks at STGCC. You can do the same with the Hogwarts Castle LEGO set which officially launches on Sept 1, comprising 6,000 bricks. Only a limited quantity will be on sale. Cosplay and anime fans also get to meet character designer Range Murata, known for anime series including Blue Submarine No.6. Get into character at the Singer Sewing Company's Experience Zone, and sew your own geek superhero cape.
