WHEN the fifth edition of The Business Times Corporate Golf League swings into action next month, not only will it have 19 participating teams - some of them familiar, some of them new additions - but also a host of new and returning sponsors.
Audemars Piguet, Audi Singapore and World Golfers Championship (WGC) Singapore are returning as hole-in-one sponsors. Other sponsors and partners include Boustead Singapore, Centurion, Cerebos, ACE Medical, Ambient Lounge, Ayuthaya Spa, Callaway, Fitness First Singapore, Red Monster, Big Peat, De Burg, Erdinger, The Datai Langkawi, The Els Club and SunMoon Foods, who will be providing SunMoon Fruit Cups and Fruit Crisps in the first and final rounds.
Audi Singapore is returning as the Presenting Sponsor for the fourth year and the hole-in-one sponsor for the fifth year running. This year, their hole-in-one prize is the Audi S3 sedan, which is the latest addition to the Audi S car family. It boasts a powerful two-litre engine, Audi's signature quattro all-wheel drive, and slick-shifting six-speed S tronic transmission. It gets from 0-100 kmh in five seconds and is limited to a top speed of 250kmh. The car is the flagship of the highly successful Audi A3 range with premium features that include the latest generation of the acclaimed Audi Multi Media Interface (MMI) touch, Fine Nappa leather upholstery, B&O premium sound system and more. The new Audi S3 sedan will be on offer as the hole-in-one prize for each of the six games in the BT Corporate Golf League.
