    AT A TIME when golf clubs in Singapore are closing or facing uncertain lease renewals, Sentosa Golf Club is busy giving local golf a boost by taking up the daunting challenge of hosting international tournaments such as the Singapore Open and the HSBC Women's Champions.

    With two championship courses in Serapong and New Tanjong, global organisers and promoters are making a beeline to the resort island that once housed a military camp.
