The Singapore Grand Prix looks like a perfunctory stop for the championship leader on his way to the 2015 title.

TWELVE down and seven to go but is there really any point in having a debate about who will win the 2015 championship? Like the racing abbreviation DNF, chances are any such discussion will be classified Did Not Finish.

With 19 races on this year's Formula One calendar and 12 run so far, Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton has won seven, or more than half.

For those first 12 races, he also started from pole position in 11 of them.
