Whisky aficionados looking for a one-off thrill need go no further than single malt specialist The Dalmore, which opens its doors to the public for the first time on June 26 for an immersive dining experience titled the Royal Feast. Hosting the evening is Stephen Martin, Whyte & Mackay's Global Single Malt Whisky Specialist, who will teach you all about the Dalmore's heritage and its age old approach to multi-cask maturation. Held in partnership with the World's 50 Best Restaurants list at db Bistro & Oyster Bar, the four course menu priced at S$188 is paired with selected whiskies from the Dalmore range. Dine on chilled lobster cocktail and Maple Leaf Farms duck with chanterelle mushrooms, ending off with dark chocolate and whisky tart and a night cap of The Dalmore King Alexander III itself.
