Room for more

BIGGER and better, that is how shoppers will find the second Crate and Barrel store, which opens today at Orchard Gateway @ Emerald. The store comes nearly two years after the opening of its first shop at Ion Orchard in January 2013.

At 25,000 square feet, the second store is almost 40 per cent bigger than its first store, and with that comes more items.

"The bestsellers from the ION store will be here, but with more floor space at Orchard Gateway, we can bring in a wide range of kitchen gadgets, a bigger botanicals range, more furnishings, and a new designer curtain range," says Yung Ong, executive director for the Singapore branches of the American brand and its sister store CB2.
