Sake lovers have yet another outlet to indulge with the Sake Festival Singapore, organised by veteran liquor distributor Orihara Shoten.
This seventh edition is the largest to date, with more than 460 different sake and liquors available for tasting from 52 participating brands, companies and organisations.
Last admission is at 4.30pm, so come early to get a limited edition sake cup and sample labels such as the Dassai 45, the Phoenix Sparkling, a collaboration between Tatenokawa and indie-pop French band Phoenix, or the new-to-market bottlings from Gansaryu, that include the Gokka and Reika.
