Kim Jones's appointment at Dior Homme may be one of LVMH's best decisions in the industry's game of designer musical chairs. His first collection for Dior Homme was rich with the couture sensibility upon which Dior was founded.

Dior was a rose fanatic and for his debut, Jones offered a collection that was abundant with flowers - an inspiration from Dior's personal porcelain collection. He worked with New York-based artist KAWS, aka Brian Donnelly, who created the set for the show, with an arresting 10 ft floral effigy of Mr Dior - made from 70,000 pink, white and black roses and peonies.
