There are plenty of Christmas markets going on now but the one taking place at Civil Service Club stands out for its socially conscious and eco-friendly vendors. So skip the malls and drop by Eco Christmas Fiesta Weekends to pick up handmade shoes or organic treats as gifts instead.

There are also workshops on recycling and upcycling if you want to get into the act. The market has collaborated with social enterprise The Mustard Tree so you'll be shopping for a good cause when you pick up a handmade item crafted by those with special needs.

There will also be "snowfall" to keep the atmosphere cool and caroling, plus appearances by Santa to complete the festive mood.
