Pop-up restaurant 4XFOUR is returning in November with a line-up of internationally acclaimed chefs.
SINGAPORE'S first full-service pop-up restaurant, 4XFOUR, is making a return in November, armed with a star-studded line-up of Michelin-starred chefs and award-winning partner restaurants.
Up to 100 persons per weekend brunch and dinner session to be held over three weeks will get to savour the cuisine of four internationally acclaimed European chefs in the air-conditioned comfort of the Temasek Suite at the F1 Pit Building.
They include Mads Refslund, the co-founder of Noma, which has repeatedly claimed top spot on the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants List; Nathan Outlaw of his eponymous two Michelin-starred restaurant and one Michelin-starred Outlaw's in Cornwall; Danish chef Henrik Yde of one Michelin-starred Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, in Bangkok; and Rolf Fliegauf, the executive chef of Ristorante Ecco and Ristorante Ecco on Snow, both with two Michelin stars respectively.
