Singapore's 10-year-old Anne has nothing to lose in HSBC Women's Champions qualifiers

AT 10 years and 10 months, she will be the youngest golfer at the HSBC Women's Champions local qualifiers.

But Anne Fernandez, who has a handicap index (HI) of 0.3, will take a matured outlook to the event next week in a field that includes four professionals.

"Take it easy, nothing to lose" would be Anne's approach when she lines up against a likely 14-woman field at the Sentosa Golf Club's newly-redeveloped New Tanjong course on Feb 8 and 9.
