Smarter living, healthier habits: How investing in your wellness can pay off
As Happie SG celebrated three years of helping Singaporeans drink cleaner water, one lucky customer’s wellness investment came with an unexpected bonus: a $90,000 car
Sleek and stylish water and air purifiers, and even a car worth over $90,000. Local home wellness brand Happie SG went big at its recent third anniversary celebrations at Jewel Changi Airport, giving away a slew of prizes to loyal customers and participants at its week-long event from Oct 13 to 19.
During this time, a giant mock-up of Happie SG’s award-winning Miracle water purifier was displayed on location, with an invitation for the public to snap creative photos with the eye-catching installation and share them on Instagram for a chance to win the Miracle water purifier itself, worth $4,088.
On Oct 18, local TV star Zoe Tay and brand ambassador of Happie SG added to the festivities with a special guest appearance, where she took to the stage with host Chen Ning for an insightful sharing of her personal wellness tips and experiences with the brand. Her special appearance was capped off with a lucky draw, where one winner, who made a purchase of a Happie SG water purifier between Mar 3 and Oct 4, walked away with the grand prize of a Dongfeng Box car worth over $90,000. Participants of a live Q&A session also won other attractive prizes, such as Happie SG’s new Aire Marshmallow air purifiers, worth $359 each.
A star’s secret to wellness
For decades, Tay has graced our screens and magazine covers with her natural good looks and glowing skin. As it turns out, her secret to wellness is simple: good quality water.
“I usually start my mornings with a cup of brown sugar ginger tea and two hard boiled eggs,” says Tay. “I enjoy teas throughout the rest of the day, but they can be dehydrating for the skin, so to balance it out, I drink two glasses of water for every cup of tea that I have.”
To meet her hydration needs, Tay swears by the Miracle water purifier. Her favourite feature? Its multiple temperature settings, dispensing water hot enough for her to brew her favourite teas, warm water for her regular hydration and also refreshingly cold water for her children on a warm day – all at a press of a button.

Good hydration is especially crucial for long days on set. To this end, Tay encourages her cast members to drink plenty of water and often requests for a Happie water purifier to be installed on location.
Says Tay: “We live in a very fast-paced society, and often take things like our health for granted until it’s too late. We can’t turn back time, so it’s crucial that we cultivate good day-to-day habits.”
She also admits her family has reaped immense benefits by staying well-hydrated. “We rarely fall ill, and I realise I have much more energy every day,” she says.
Supporting homes with better wellness
Happie SG was founded in 2022 by Benjamin Ling with a vision of making quality water accessible to families. Since its inception, Happie SG has expanded its offerings from a single water purifier model to a full range of solutions, including filtration systems and shower filters. It is also the first Singapore water purifier brand to be awarded the CaseTrust accreditation, a symbol of its commitment to transparency, fairness and customer care.
The Miracle water purifier, the brand’s flagship model, is a showcase of how form and functionality can come together in one sleek package. Measuring just 5.5cm in width, it is one of the slimmest water purifiers on the market – a feature that has helped the brand earn a Singapore Good Design 2025 award. Besides multiple temperature settings, the Miracle water purifier also offers customisable water volumes and smart safety features, making it an elegant and practical addition to every household.
In 2025, Happie SG also expanded into air purification with two new models, including the Aire Purifier – Marshmallow Series, which combines compact design with a medical-grade high-efficiency particulate air-14 filter to capture 99.995 per cent of airborne particles.
Whether water or air purification, Happie SG has a solution for anyone looking for an easy way to a quick home refresh. With the festive season approaching, Happie SG has exciting plans in the pipeline to help upgrade your wellness routine in the year ahead.
As Ling puts it: “From our beginnings in water purification to our expansion into air purification and beyond, our mission remains the same – to enhance the everyday lives of homeowners, couples and families, especially those with young children.”
