WE can almost hear a school of tilapia swimming past Jurong Fishery Port, uttering a collective "hee hee hee" as they meander away, not to be caught for another day. While some variation of "what the fish" is going through our minds right now as we hunker down for yet another month of pretending we like food cooked a la 30 minutes ago, we thought we would indulge in one last dining out memory for the road.
