    Award-winning restaurant-bar Tippling Club has just launched its very own gin. The Sons of Tippling Gin is the brainchild of three experts in their respective fields: a chef - Ryan Clift; bartender - Joe Schofield and master distiller - James Young.

    The collaboration sees the trio combining their knowledge of food, drinks, and distillation into a meticulously crafted and unique concoction.

    Made from botanical ingredients such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris, liquorice, aniseed, cardamom, lemon peel, fresh orange peel, and lemon myrtle, only 300 bottles have been produced at Old Young's Distillery in Western Australia. The Sons of Tippling Gin, at S$90 per bottle, is available at Equatorial Wines and Tippling Club. Diners can also look forward to experiencing Sons of Tippling Gin at all Spa-Esprit group restaurants.
