SEPTEMBER is a great time to visit New York. The days are sunny but not hot. The summer crowds are gone, leaving you more space on the sidewalks and in the parks.
This year, Singapore artists are giving you another reason to visit the Big Apple: From Sept 23 to 27, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) is organising a showcase of Singapore creatives at Madison Square Park in Manhattan called Singapore: Inside Out.
