FORMER BT ChildAid performer Gisele Chiam stars in a rap song video called 10 Things, which aims to bring financial literacy to children across the region. The video, which began airing on Aug 15, aims to teach children of ages 7-12 the four fundamental money management concepts of earning, saving, spending and donating, and is the latest video from Cha-ChingTM Money Smart Kids ("Cha-Ching"), an award-winning financial literacy programme developed by the Prudence Foundation in 2011.
The video can be seen on Cartoon Network, as well as on the channel's app and social media platforms over the next few weeks.
Chiam is one of six leads in the music video, and the five other co-starring talents also come from countries in the region such as Indonesia and Thailand. All six performers were found after a regional search for talented children on TV and social media.
