SINGAPORE may be a ‘super-aged’ society in 2030 when one in four citizens will be 65 and above, but don’t take out the wheelchairs and adult diapers just yet. In Friday’s edition of BTLifestyle, we look at this segment of affluent seniors – those who have come from C-suite jobs or were professionals in diverse fields from medicine to banking – and their determination to live their lives to the fullest. Meanwhile, for food lovers, there are more options coming your way as we report on new entrants to the dining scene. Celebrity Italian butcher Dario Cecchini makes his presence here with a new beef-centric restaurant in the Mondrian, while the now-defunct Basque Kitchen by Aitor gets a new name and concept in its old space.

For fans of Harrison Ford, find out what our reviewer thinks of his newest Indiana Jones movie, and in Dining, get a taste of modern-Malay cuisine at the just-opened Restaurant Fiz. Get all this and more in Friday’s issue of BT.
