Best Of Both Worlds
The new G-Shock GA-2100 has made more than a few watch aficionados do a double take - for one, its octagonal bezel bears a striking resemblance to Audemars Piguet's iconic Royal Oak. Design-wise, the GA-2100 also moves away from your average G-Shock because the size of the digital display is reduced on the dial and time is told predominantly by the hour and minute hands. To round off the analogue aesthetic, the watch even features a day indicator subdial.
But deep inside, the GA-2100 is no different from other G-Shocks and remains indestructible thanks to the Carbon Core Guard which protects the module. Other standard G-Shock functions such as stopwatch, alarm, calendar and more can be accessed via the side buttons and viewed through the LCD windows.
The Casio G-Shock GA-2100 is available in three colourways and retails for S$169.
