JOSEPH
For clean, minimalist no-nonsense workwear staples, British label Joseph doesn't disappoint. Structure is the key word here and most of its signature pieces are cut boxy and severe. "I like it because it represents a woman's wardrobe today," says creative director Louise Trotter. Wide-legged trousers, oversized rolled neck sweaters, structured coats and suits are all part of the Joseph uniform, but the beauty of these pieces lies in how the consumer interprets it to make it her own. Says Ms Trotter, "Wearing Joseph isn't about joining a club, it's about wearing it your way."
The Essentials: Boxy cotton blazer, oversized midi dress and a tailored coat.
