Keeping it casual
Ermenegildo Zegna steps it up in the menswear business as the first ever brand to launch made-to-measure casual wear, including jeans.
MEN of means have long turned to Ermenegildo Zegna's bespoke tailoring for their immaculate suits. Now the world's largest luxury menswear brand is taking the lead again as the first in the world to introduce made-to-measure casual wear, from denim jackets to crewneck jumpers.
Zegna fans in Singapore will get their first taste of this new service from May 4 to 7 when a stylist from Italy arrives in town to showcase the brand's best fabrics and introduce, among others, its new line of customised jeans.
Priced from $1,650, the 107-year-old "Made In Italy" label uses only premium Japanese denim to ensure the perfect fit and shape (even after numerous washes). There are two styles (straight cut and slim cut) and six fabrics (each in a different colour) to choose from. Customers can also customise details such as pockets, zips and buttons.
