Reformative Training
New Pilates studio Off Duty Pilates offers hybrid classes that combine Reformer practice and TRX suspension training to craft the body you want. Co-founder Julie Jang says both offer many exercise options, trains balance and posture, ensuring that every move works the core and other overlooked smaller stabilising muscles. Together, Pilates Reformer and TRX suspension training can help you get strong and lean, without the stress or bulk that other exercises or combinations may sometimes result in. Off Duty Pilates offers group classes that are kept small to just seven people, so that everyone gets personal attention. Classes range from basic Pilates principles to more advanced high intensity ones. The studio has a smaller studio with other Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac Trapeze Table, which is reserved for private lessons.
Off Duty Pilates is at 5A, 6A Craig Road. Details at offdutypilates.com.
