Supporting the repair economy

With sustainability becoming the buzz word these days, a repair economy has taken root worldwide where eco-conscious consumers seek to reduce waste, recycle and repair what they already have instead of buying new things. In Singapore, several companies are seeing more interest too, with a growing demand for alteration and repair services, as well as pre-owned children’s clothes. In tomorrow’s BTLifestyle, we look at ways in which you can save money and do your bit for the environment.

In the Arts, we speak to former investment banker and prominent art collector Chong Huai Seng and his daughter Ning, who have opened a family office for art to advise family offices keen to collect, curate and showcase art.
