DESPITE boasting talents such as Ingrid Bergman, Lasse Hallström and Alicia Vikander, it's not every day that one gets to watch movies from Sweden at a local cinema.
But cinephiles can expect to play catch-up at the upcoming Swedish Film Festival, which takes place next week at The Projector.
Organised in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden and the Swedish Institute, the inaugural event in 2016 - which was one of several to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relationship between the country and Singapore - saw multiple sold-out screenings including the opening film Force Majeure (2014).
