[SINGAPORE] The 2026 Singapore Open presented by The Business Times wrapped up on Sunday (Apr 26) evening at the Sentosa Golf Club’s award-winning Serapong course, with South Korea’s Ham Jeong-woo the big winner of the US$2 million event.

The 31-year-old took home the biggest cheque of US$360,000 and, along with runner-up Cameron John of Australia, will now get to play at The British Open at the Royal Birkdale Golf Club in the UK in July.

Ham closed with a three-under-par 68 to finish on 16-under to defeat John by two shots. Spain’s Josele Ballester (66), Thailand’s Jazz Janewattananond (68) and Tomohiro Ishizaka (70) from Japan all ended up in third position.

The Singapore Open is part of The International Series – a set of elevated events on the Asian Tour calendar – and this was the 57th edition of the annual event.

Throughout the four days of the competition, the crowds braved the heat, humidity, and a heavy downpour on Sunday to watch their favourite golfers up close.

BT’s photographers Yen Meng Jiin and Tay Chu Yi were out and about to capture the action, and this is a selection of some of their best shots.
